Fort Benning's main hospital is the Martin Army Community Hospital which provides a variety of inpatient services to eligible active duty military and their families. The 250-bed facility offers an emergency room and state-of-the-art facilities. The hospital has nine floors with a top notch surgical unit as well as laboratory service, diagnostic radiology, and an extensive pharmacy service. Martin Army Community Hospital is a teaching hospital that offers a three-year program for residents. The hospital also offers 36 ambulatory care clinics. To make an appointment, call 888-293-2148/706-544-2273. No walk-in care is available. Emergencies are asked to report directly to the Emergency Room at the hospital. Dental care is also provided at the facility.

The Family Medicine Clinic

The clinic is located on the first floor of the hospital in the clinic wing. Clinical Staff, Residency Teaching Staff and resident physicians provide lifelong family care, including pregnancy, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and geriatrics. Several special services are offered by the clinic, reducing the need for referral.
