Home Loan Application Process

It's as simple as:

STEP 1) Print and complete a statement of service form. Note for veterans or prior service members: in lieu of a statement of service letter, we will need you to send us your DD-214.

STEP 2) Print and complete the request for certificate of Eligbility VA Form 1880

STEP 3) Complete the online pre-qualification form.

Housing at Fort Benning includes pre-existing, new and renovated homes and offer a variety of floor plans for military families. Military personnel are asked to check in at the Welcome Center and Leasing Office which is located at 601 Lumpkin Road. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and can be reached at 706-685-3939 x. 600. Homes are located in close proximity to game rooms, resort style pools, splash parks and playgrounds. Emergency home maintenance is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Residents must only maintain their backyards and their homes. Applicants must fill out a housing application and submit orders before being placed on a waiting list. Property will be assigned due to rank and the number of bedrooms requested.

Battle Park Homes is a single-story apartment complex of two hundred two and three bedroom units located on base. The rental housing is government controlled. There are over 4,000 family housing units provided by a partnership between the U.S. Army and Clark Pinnacle Family Communities. The apartment complex is located between Benning Boulevard and Custer Road. There are no mobile home parks on Fort Benning.
